In 2016, a palm reading by Linda Bard revealed my calling:
"You are a visionary woman of influence and creativity who inspires and engages others to heal their visibility wounds and claim their place in the spotlight."
For years, I diluted my gifts—my freak factor—into traditional offers, unsure how to fully own them.
My journey began in image consulting and wardrobe styling—helping leaders, speakers, and business owners dress like their life depended on it. But time and time again, I heard:
"Lola, you see me. You get me. Can you help with…?"
Logos, websites, design, strategy—I was already doing it. It took a business coach to point out what was obvious to everyone else: I was running a branding studio.
But branding was never just about visuals. It was always about identity.
I built Iconic Details to help people find an identity that could never be stripped, dumped, fired, or diluted—only refined, infused, and honored over time.
Because branding isn’t something you do—it’s something you become.

Founder of: The CEO of Simplicity
Ronii is my other half, soul-sister, and human I could not live without. Ronii helps me with everything from brainstorming, simplifying systems, calming my calendar chaos, to scoping and invoicing for clients. With years of experience she is an iconic business manager and strategist helping business owners find relief, success, and freedom through simplicity. She believes business isn't hard, we make it hard, and using her CEO of Simplicity philosophy and framework, her mission is to get people out of overwhelm and into flow by simplifying and prioritizing their mile-long to-do list. Her process is to inventory, prioritize, and streamline so that you can work on the things that matter to you. Ronii has her MBA from The Citadel in Charleston, SC, and has sat at every chair at the conference table giving her a holistic understanding of how businesses work. In addition, she has a list of accomplishments including 40 Under 40 and Most Influential Woman in Business.

Stephen and I met in a designers incubator program. What was suppose to be a 30min zoom call turned into a deep hours long conversation quickly realized the genius in one another and how synergistic our minds collaborated.
We truly amplify one another in the most magical way. A seasoned designer with over two decades of experience in branding, storytelling, and typography, Stephen collaborates with Iconic Details and brings his wealth of knowledge to the table.
He is the genius designer who created our iconic phoenix.

Aleka has been a life altering human in my life. To say she has saved my life would be an understatement. My colleague, coach, therapist, astrologer, and friend. She brings grounded, rational, truth-based, consultation to the table for all of us. As creatives we must nurture our energy and brain space diligently. When deadlines are looming, our energy is thrown off, or life is life-ing, she is there to recalibrate us and get us back into flow.
Aleka Thorvalson is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) trained through the International Coach Academy in the Advanced Coach Training Program. She is a member and a Professionally Credentialed Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, she is a certified professional hypnotist and member in good standing with the American Alliance of Hypnotists and International Association of Counselors and Therapists.

Website designer and developer, Angelica primarily focuses on e-commerce product based businesses. She specializes in fashion brands and other lifestyle niches like interior design and beauty. She brings a unique consumer conscious, experiential design, and strategic build to all her website creations. Thinking outside the box and in great detail she is one of the most collaborative, kind, and chill designers I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. Like myself, she is constantly studying her craft and watching youtube videos to expand her skill. Her skills translate into service based businesses with a unique perspective and conversion strategy I think is unmatched. Her skills range from SEO, coding, email marketing, site optimization, and more. She is an ever evolving and growing genius.

Thomas Hydes is a classically trained opera singer, professional speakers coach, business consultant, and one of my closest friends. Thomas has always been one of my number one supporters. He loves our Persona work and is the man behind the phrase “intoxicating clarity.” We met through a business organization, he was part of a group I ran called “Persona Collective,” and is always the first to offer his support in any area of the business. As client concierge he reaches out to clients to check-in on them, sends post project reviews, and brings a sense of community to our clientele.
