If I were to host these socials every month, it would be easy to think, “I’ll skip this one and catch the next.” However, by making them bi-monthly, each event feels more intentional and something you don’t want to skip — also making for better attendance, deeper connections and conversations, and a stronger experience for everyone.

Because this is our version of Happy Hour — without the awkward name tags.
Most networking events happen too early in the morning or during lunch hours. This timing honors your workday, gives you something to look forward to, and (hopefully) ends your day on a high note.

Lola Socials are intentionally invite-only — curated for connection, not just attendance.

If you know someone who’s a caliber human — someone excellent at what they do, collaborative by nature, and a natural fit for this group — I welcome you to share the link and have them RSVP.

But if you’re bringing a plus-one just so you don’t have to come alone (or because you feel bad leaving someone out), this probably isn’t the right space for them.

These events are strategic and intentional. Let’s protect that as best as we can, please!
